When will I receive my order?

Your order will be delivered within the ‘Estimated Delivery Date’ as committed at the time of order placement. You can check this by selecting your order from “My orders” section. Keep a look-out for our order delivery updates.

Also, we understand that due to current Covid-19 crisis, the delivery date may not be as per usual timelines. But rest assured, we are working round the clock to deliver your order as soon as possible.

How can I get my order delivered faster?

Sorry, we currently do not have a feature available to expedite the order delivery. However, if we offer this feature in the future and if your area pin code is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.

Can I modify my address after Order placement?

Sorry, once the order is placed, we are unable to modify the address.

How do I return my order?

You can raise a request to return any items with these simple steps:

  1. Click on the Account Icon
  2. Go to Orders
  3. Select the respective order and click on ‘RETURN’
  4. Check to see if the product/s that you wish to return are returnable and have a valid return-by date.
  5. Select the item with quantity and reason for return

We will pick up the returnable items within 1 – 7 days from the date of request. Please keep the return package ready in its original packaging. You are also requested to keep a copy of the invoice/ bill from the partner licensed retail pharmacy handy for verification.

I have placed a return request but no one has come for pick-up

Our logistics team make three attempts to pick up the item (s) for return. If the item (s) is not picked up within the third attempt, it will be assumed that you want to keep the product. You can initiate a new return request if the item (s) meets the return criteria.

How do I cancel an order ?

A customer can cancel an order up to 10 minutes after the order is placed. To do so, go to My Account and view Orders Processing. A Cancel button with a countdown timer will be visible on current orders that are processing. Click the Cancel button and select your reason for cancellation to cancel the order. After cancellation, the order will be removed from your Orders Processing.
